For tired old eyes, the red-on-black in the r/h column needs a healthy shot of white to the red -- not pink, but lighter than you are using right now... in my not so humble opinion. The overall design is a winner.

Next to your logo at the top there's this halved image of a woman sitting on a chair. Is it meant to be that way? It looks weird. Like it didn't load properly or something. Maybe you should add a top and bottom border to the image (instead of just the sides). Also, it should probably be the same height as your logo's background space, otherwise it just looks out of place.
