There are many gallery websites all over internet, and I assume that the women appearing in them realize and consent to their pictures being used and re-used.
Your friend, however, chose to take pictures from the websites of real escorts. I know because I've recognized one of them, a woman of exquisite elegance and intelligence I had corresponded with. While you may argue that your website may be even promoting them, in fact you are improving your traffic with their pictures. They did not consent to this. I have seen women to go to great pains to remove stolen pictures from escort directories. I know you don’t write this for profit. But the principle is the same.
You are also giving them extra exposure they did not request. And for courtesans, not all exposure is good.
So in the name of escort solidarity I would ask you to remove the pictures you have now, and ask your friend to be less careless about her sources in the future.
