It is almost impossible to answer with the information we have. You make it sound like you are making a nice living. Are you financially happy with where you are? Seems to me that your business has a certain life span--or at least I'd bet you make less money as you age. That said, I'd capitalize as much as possible as young as possible. Having owend a agency I understnd the small threats. a lot of girls will come to work just long enough to get customer base then go out on there own. I concur with declining this somewhat dubious offer. Although there is the possibility of making more money for the long weekends, there is no guarantee you would be doing that work.

The fact that there is a requirement for you to alter your body raises some questions. After all, how long would you be out of work during that time frame? Would the company be willing to pay you at that time?

Definitely no. Independent is the way to go, and stay in your case. You aren't going to gain anything, and when you decide to leave the agency, you will be right back where you started having to gain a clientele again since you can't book private sessions without them finding out. All the signs point to negatives.

Definately stay on the Indie path. The yield may be a bit smaller, but you won't have to answer to anyone but yourself.

When you are doing all this on your own, is there someone that knows where you are at all times? And approximately how long you are going to be. The only advantage I can see of being with the agency is that someone will know where you are and what you are up to.
If you have someone that already does this for you then I don't see why you need the agency. But for security I would say go with the agency. Maybe find one that doesn't make you get a boob job though.
